To be fair, this person also got very close to the congressman, and put a camera in his face. The congressman is correct when he states that he has a right to know who is interviewing him, and for what purpose (he probably didn't want to end up on a YouTube channel called StageRightShow, where he expected he wouldn't be given a fair portrayal).
ReplyDeleteI don't think the congressman should have touched this person (despite this person getting very close to him with a camera)-- he should have kept walking, and not answered any questions if he didn't want to.
...and again, you make a baseless claim: "...liberals are such a violent bunch." This is based on the actions of one congressman. I could just as easily say "all conservatives are racist" because Strom Thurmond filibustered the Civil Rights Act... but I don't believe an entire group of people can be judged based on the actions of one person. You, clearly, feel otherwise.
In light of Andrew Breitbart's recent indiscretions with editing videos and taking them out of context (and the legal repercussions to follow), I wouldn't be surprised if this video were doctored or edited in some way to misconstrue the actual events represented.
